The amount will be deducted upon confirmation of the order, unless otherwise stated. All prices are in NOK and include VAT (unless otherwise clearly stated).

3. Delivery:

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Norway.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

4. Right of withdrawal / Return:

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@wolfieknorway.no. We will provide you with instructions for returning via Posten Norge. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Please note: Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, especially ammunition and other goods classified as dangerous goods or regulated products.

5. Complaints:
If the product is defective or not as described, you have the right to complain within 2 years of receipt.

Send us an email to sales@wolfieknorway.no with a description of the problem and a picture of the product. We will follow up quickly with a solution, which may include a new product, refund or repair.

6. Conflict resolution:

If a dispute arises, we will always try to resolve the matter directly and amicably.
